1. Shipping Information
Where We Ship
Loly Beauty currently ships to all Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, including:
- United Arab Emirates (UAE)
- Saudi Arabia
- Kuwait
- Bahrain
- Qatar
- Oman
We do not offer international delivery outside the GCC at this time.
Shipping Fees
Shipping is completely free on all orders — no minimum spend required.
Estimated Delivery Times
- UAE: 2–3 business days
- Other GCC countries: Up to 5 business days, depending on the destination
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
If all attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse and you will be issued a full refund.
Missed Deliveries
If you're not available to receive your order, you may be contacted by phone. Please be sure to provide accurate contact details at checkout.
2. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at beauty@loly.global.
- If the order hasn’t been processed yet, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
- If your order has already been shipped, it will be handled as a return.
3. Return Policy
We want you to love everything you order from us. If something isn’t right, we offer free returns at any time — no time limits and no pressure.
Return Conditions
- We accept returns on unopened and gently used items.
- Original packaging is not required.
- A simple email with your order number is enough to get started.

Return shipping is 100% covered by us.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

You can exchange for:
- A product of equal value
- A lower value item (we’ll refund the difference)
- A higher value item (you’ll just pay the difference)
