Shipping & Returns
We currently ship to the GCC countries, which include:
United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman.
Shipping is completely free on all orders.
UAE: 2–3 business days
Other GCC countries: Up to 5 business days, depending on the destination
Shipping is completely free on all orders — no minimum spend required.
Our team prepares and packs each order in-house. Once ready, it’s delivered to your doorstep by our trusted delivery partner.
It’s okay — it happens. Our delivery partner will try to reach you and re-attempt delivery up to 3 times. If we’re still not able to deliver, your order will be returned to us and you’ll receive a full refund. Please keep an eye on your phone (even for unknown numbers), as the delivery team may be trying to contact you
If it’s been more than 2–3 business days since you placed your order and it still hasn’t arrived, please contact us at beauty@loly.global with your order number. We’ll look into it right away and contact the delivery team on your behalf.
If you’re not home, our delivery partner will try again — up to 3 attempts. If delivery isn’t successful after that, your order will be returned to our warehouse and refunded to your original payment method.

Yes. We believe in our products and want you to feel confident shopping with us.. If something doesn’t feel right — whether after a few days or a few months — you can return it. We don’t have a time limit.
We accept returns for both unopened and gently used items. Sometimes you need to try something to know if it’s right for you.
You don’t have to give a reason — but if you're open to sharing, we’d really appreciate it. Knowing why a product didn’t work for you helps us improve what we offer. Returns are always welcome, with no pressure.

No — we cover all return shipping costs.
Yes. Once we receive and process your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method and email you a confirmation.
