1. Eligibility
To shop on our website, you must be legally able to enter into contracts under UAE law. If you're under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its functionality, or access restricted areas.
3. Account Registration & User Content
You may create an account or check out as a guest. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for any activity under your account.
You may post reviews or other content. Do not share anything harmful, offensive, misleading, or infringing. We may remove any content that violates these Terms.
By posting content, you give us permission to use it for our business (non-exclusive, royalty-free). We may adapt or share it as needed, and we can remove content or suspend accounts if Terms are violated.
4. Product Descriptions and Pricing
We aim to keep all product info accurate but reserve the right to correct errors and change prices without notice. All prices include VAT.
Note: Product colors or packaging may vary slightly from what you see online.
5. Ordering Products
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. If a product is unavailable or there’s an issue, we’ll contact you and refund or cancel the order.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email, followed by a second email when your order ships. The sale contract is finalized upon dispatch.
By completing your order, you agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including taxes.
6. Prices & Payment Policy
Prices include VAT. Currency conversion is handled by your payment provider if you pay in non-AED.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store your card details. All transactions are encrypted with SSL. We are not liable for unauthorized access unless due to our own negligence.
7. Delivery Terms
We offer free delivery within GCC countries.
For UAE orders, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days. For other GCC countries, delivery times may vary and can take up to 5 business days, depending on location.
We attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned and fully refunded. Accurate contact and address info must be provided.
International shipping outside the GCC is not currently available.
8. Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy
Cancellation: If your order hasn’t shipped, you can cancel by emailing us. If it has shipped, we’ll treat it as a return.
Returns: Free returns anytime. You can return unopened or gently used products. Just email us and we’ll take care of the rest.
Exchanges: You may exchange an item for one of equal, lower (we refund the difference), or higher value (you pay the difference).
9. Product Liability
We don’t manufacture the products we sell. Product liability lies with the original manufacturer. Please follow usage instructions and check ingredient lists to avoid allergic reactions.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our website and its content are provided "as is." We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service or that all content is free from errors or viruses.
We’re not liable for indirect or unexpected damages. If any liability applies, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
11. Content Disclaimer
We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee all content on the website is error-free. Opinions from third-party brands or creators do not represent Loly Beauty’s views. Content may be updated or removed at any time.
12. Indemnification
You agree to hold Loly Beauty harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the site, violations of these Terms, or misuse of your account.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE. Disputes will be resolved by Dubai courts. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms do not create a partnership or agency between you and Loly Beauty.
